osteosynthesis (PSO) in bimaxillary orthognathic surgery. The study demonstrates sub-millimetre accuracy using a minimally invasive, splintless two-plate approach. Importantly, accuracy was maintained in both single-piece and multi-segment maxillary osteotomies, supporting adoption in complex cases. These findings further validate Virtual Surgical Planning with patient-specific implants as a precise and predictable solution for modern orthognathic
